MRS101 is weatherproof and engineered to withstand 100% relative humidity, offering unlimited moisture and water resistance. Its non-sanded formula allows for a true featheredge, making it ideal for precision patching. With rapid drying capabilities, floor coverings can be installed in as little as 30 minutes, keeping projects on schedule. For interior use, MRS101 can be applied up to ½ inch or at unlimited depth in small areas. For exterior use, it’s perfect as a skim coat over large areas and can be applied up to ¼ inch in small sections. PrepWorx MRS101 delivers durability, speed, and moisture protection – wherever you need it.
